We begin the day by arriving gently and together. Through tea, a welcoming circle, and intentional connection practices, we create a sense of safety and presence from the very start. Gentle movement and shared grounding experiences invite you to settle into your body, the space, and the community—so you’re not doing this day alone.
Includes: arrival + tea, opening circle, yoga, light snacks, and breath-led practices that support connection and trust.
