our Values

taylor welch

you're in the right place if you're longing to

root your work in a place that reflects the depth of your care

slow down, soften, and reconnect with why you do what you do

be part of a community that values presence over performance

offer healing experience in a setting that feels just as nourishing as the work itself

create, gather, & grow in an environment where you and your clients feel safe, seen, & supported

hold space for others — while feeling nourished by your environment

Alyn is more than a space. It’s an invitation — into slower rhythms, deeper connection, and a new way of being with one another.

Alyn’s Founder, Ali Caudill, has always found joy in creating comfort — spaces where people can exhale, be themselves, and feel deeply seen. She’s a celebrator of possibility and potential, always rooting for others to believe in themselves just enough to take that next brave step.

From the very beginning, she knew this space could never be just one-dimensional. The connection between body and mind — between breath, movement, stillness, and story — felt too essential to separate. Alyn was imagined as a place where healing could be held in its full expression: physical, emotional, and energetic.

to create a space that felt like home — a kind of third place for healing.

alyn began with a simple desire

She imagined rooms that invited you to breathe a little deeper. Hallways where conversations lingered. Studios where movement felt sacred. A space where practitioners and clients alike could come as they are — and be met with presence and nourishing care.

That vision took root in The Plains, Virginia and became Alyn: a thoughtfully designed home for helpers and healers.

Here, therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, and wellness professionals are invited to do their work in an environment that honors the depth of what they offer — and the wholeness of who they are.

"Ali prioritizes care, connection, and healing for both the practitioners in the space and every human who enters through the doors.

 — T., Wellness Professional

"The environment is tranquil, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming, making it the perfect space to teach and connect with others."

 — K., Yoga Instructor

"I'm so incredibly proud to be part of this team of passionate, tender, and loving humans who are deeply committed to creating meaningful impact in our community."

 — T., Wellness Professional

In their own words — the heart behind Alyn, seen through the eyes of our community...

Ali Caudill offers holistic psychotherapy for individuals and couples, small group breathwork sessions, and is cultivating a sangha — a meditation community rooted in presence and connection. Her work centers on creating compassionate, nonjudgmental spaces where the integration of mind, body, and soul can unfold naturally.

Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with minors in Psychology and Philosophy, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She practices as an M.Ed. Resident in Counseling, bringing a deeply trauma-informed and culturally inclusive lens to her work.

As a gentle and attuned practitioner, Ali focuses on themes of self-compassion, self-trust, and holistic healing. She offers a soft and steady place for clients to process, feel, and be fully held in their journey — honoring the depth of both grief and growth. Having moved through profound seasons of change, loss, and transformation in her own life, Ali brings a tender, steady presence to those navigating life's complexities. Grounded in decades of meditation practice and awakened by her own breathwork journey, Ali believes in the quiet power of returning inward. Her work invites clients into the sacred space beyond judgment, beyond striving — a place of authentic being.

"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there." — Rumi

Ali is honored to walk alongside others at Alyn Wellness, cultivating a space where healing, presence, and authenticity can gently take root.

Dr. Taylor spent a decade practicing as a Chiropractor before shifting her focus to mentoring healthcare providers across disciplines. Her passion is helping practitioners create practices that are organic, meaningful, sustainable, and soul-nourishing. With a gift for seeing the whole picture, she helps providers clarify their goals, identify gaps, and implement systems that support both efficiency and exceptional client care.

Taylor’s approach is deeply relational — she believes every provider deserves to feel both in control of their work and held by a supportive container. Whether encouraging rest or championing a bold new venture (often a balance of both), she meets each person where they are.
